The hotel was nicely decorated, the staff were VERY FRIENDLY. The room was perfect and wonderful, offered a writing desk and ironing facilities. Was a unique base for trip.

The room is spotlessly clean with extensive library. The location of the venue is stunning and amazing, near to the nearby Meru or Kilimanjaro as well as many activities in the area.

The living room area with comfortable armchairs and couches, overlooking the open lawn, was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hot showers in the clean and cozy rooms provided much-needed comfort after a long day of exploring.

The room I stayed in at The Researchers Rest was amazing! It had a super comfortable Super King Bed and a single bed, perfect for a solo traveler like me. The ensuite bathroom was a great plus too. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

Although the room was fantastic, the private bathroom was not ensuite. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
